Judy believes that education is a fundamental means of empowering people. She educates our community by providing resiliency training. She also provides public lectures on the benefits of Reiki as well as encouraging others to use many other holistic modalities to relax, release, revitalize and most importantly heal.

Resilience is not a trait but a skill that can be readily enhanced with patience and training. Building better resilience takes time, effort, commitment, and focus. Resilient people know that they need to take an active role to preserve or improve one’s own health. Judy provides resiliency training that is both didactic and experiential in nature so that participants can easily incorporate the skills learned into their everyday life.
